Eventually, they told me they added extra characters to my last name in the reservation (PARIS did this, NOT me!) in order to remind themselves to tell me I was not getting the smoking room I booked. After a long time of searching through and showing emails and correspondence through the Caesars App, I showed them enough confirmation and proof that they finally allowed me to check in. I said absolutely not, I booked at Paris, and I even received an email that day reminding me of my stay at PARIS. I was still told I must be at the wrong hotel, and maybe I booked Horseshoe by mistake. I provided confirmation of my booking and paperwork showing it was paid in full in advance. Upon arrival, I was told I did not have a reservation.
I booked my room in February 2023 for an April 2023 stay.
